Clay Bust

Some photos I took of my Art A-Level final piece - lovely Kesella got naked for me so I could use her as a model! Took some photographs and used them as studies from which to sculpt this out of clay... She's all terracotta in these pics, I bronzed her up afterwards with boot polish, so she looks a bit different now. Anyway I love her :) she's pretty big too! Larger than life! With a shawl of pink fairylights at the moment, stationed in my living room.

It was really all I could do not to smile like a gormless idiot all the time I was here, me and Beth got a bit snap-happy, but it was a wicked time - I think we felt extra light on our feet cos we'd left our massive heavy bags with Ari in a cafe, so not carting 5 stones worth of shit around definitely improved the situation... Trraa la laa anyways these were taken on me Pentax K-m.

GANDALF! Just remembered - we walked past Ian McKellen as well, he was carrying Hugo Boss shopping bags and looked pretty much like a nice old man :)
