She's a river of stone, a cool curve under his hand...

  1. Eleanor,

Found you over at myspace. Liked your natural black and white photos and your multi exposures.
I use old fashioned cameras and spend far too much time in the darkroom than is healthy for me.
    So, am just connecting...
Oh, and I'm an artist in Scarborough, North Yorks with a trail leading back to Totnes...

  2. David, hi,

Thank you! It's nice to know that people actually do stumble across these sites... I wonder sometimes if anyone actually looks at them at all, as there is SUCH a vast amount of information on the internet... what are the chances?!

Ohh you're very lucky to indulge in unhealthy darkroom use! I think it's a form of alchemy... Although a slightly grey complexion from lack of daylight & too much inhalation of chemical vapours seems to develop after a while, but I guess everyone must pay a price for their art haha.

Your site is fantastic - absolutely love the double exposures. Wow.
The photomontages too are really interesting & surreal & humorous, are they yours?

Anyway, thanks for getting in touch.
Intrigued about the connection with Totnes...
